What would a Bialetti from the iconic Swiss brand «Sigg» look like?
After visiting the Sigg factory, we took a close look at aluminium production, proportions, surfaces, materials and ergonomics.
The result is the «Siggaletti», a fusion of Sigg and Bialetti. The aluminium mocha pot makes 2–3 cups of coffee. Siggaletti is easy to open and has a reinforced filter holder to prevent you from burning your fingers. The structure of the body and the grip are reminiscent of the first Sigg bottles. The design language is intended to be pleasantly understated and timeless. Traces of use become visible over time and, as with Sigg and Bialetti, these are welcome ‘personalisations’.
